From Illinois to Kansas - World Series Softball

"When our 14U softball team qualified for the World Series we were excited and so very proud of them all. In the third week of July we traveled from Illinois to Kansas to play for a week. Every year at the World Series they have a parade of teams so all the family members and teams can see the teams and where they are from. Our team decided it would be fun to order a shirt with a design that showed where we were from and our team name. Once receiving the shirts, each girl wanted to personalize it by tie-dying them in our team colors - blue and white. Most of the girls had never tie-dyed before and they loved it!! The shirts turned our fantastic and we received so many compliments on them. Our team took many pictures in their shirts, including this one next to the University of Kansas' mascot!
