High School Reunited

"On Cesar Chavez Day 2017, my friend Luis and I organized a potluck to reunite our group of friends from high school. About a week and a half prior to the get-together, I came up with the idea to gift all of us with matching t-shirts. I've always wanted to make a t-shirt with all of our names on it, but I figured that anyone could just put all of their friends' names on the front. I thought to myself, "How do I make this more interesting?" Then I remembered that we're always messing with Luis, so I decided to put his name on the back in parentheses as a joke. When Cesar Chavez Day finally rolled around, everyone else brought food, while I told them that I'd be giving them a surprise gift instead (I was also just waiting for the t-shirts to arrive). When they did arrive, I surprised everyone with the shirts, and they loved it (Luis at first gave me a funny glare, but he warmed up to the shirt after a bit)." - (Apr 06, 2017)
