Maspeth Fire House Landmarks Quest

"Our photo of the Maspeth Fire House in Queens, with the words "Landmark Me" on our fire-engine red T-shirts, will hopefully raise awareness of our campaign to get the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission to designate the building a landmark. We're standing in front of the building which celebrates its centennial in 1914 and played a historically significant roll on 9/11, when 19 firefighters from this station house lost their lives, more than any other fire house.
