On the Pocatello Marathon Race Course

"This year we ran the 5k at the Pocatello Marathon as a family. This is the 10th time we have participated in the races at the Pocatello Marathon, running everything from the full marathon to the kids 1 mile. This is the last year we will be all together as a family so we decided to run all together in matching family shirts instead of the race shirts provided. We got many complements and comments (though some of them were for the "10 gallon" cowboy hat my oldest son wore for the race - we are from Wyoming). We also gave a couple of shirts to some "honorary" members (friends) of the racing club. We also gave one to the race director for a thank you for all his hard work in organizing the race. He put his shirt on and he took a group photo with us (but for some reason we didn't take a photo with him). I took this photo with my phone while running along the last mile or so of the 5k race. We loved the how the shirts turned out and are planning on ordering more for next years race. I was worried that we waited to close to the race date and wouldn't get them in time but we got our shirts with plenty of time to spare before race day." - Farrens Family Running Club of Wyoming (Sep 03, 2018)
