"Everybody loved our T-shirts. Team Gear Mudder (Gearing Family) participated in our first ever Mud Run. This was held at Two Rock US Coast Guard Station on September 23. We had a blast. You know what they say...the family that plays together stays together.

this is on my radar for 2012.. 2 of my friends have asked me to do that with them and also the tvnknsgihiag day one.. I'm tempted!I just picked up teaching another night of Jazzercise so I have to adjust my training schedule. now I'll have 2 runs a week.. one short and then my long run will try to fit in a 3rd.. LOLDo it! Would be great to meet up with you in ATL! I never really have reason to go to DC when I visit Richmond. I will be there in June though to support my sister in the DC Tri.I think as long as you get some running in and you aren't a total newbie to the distance you don't have to do a full blown training plan really. Seems like the long run is the most important to me and you've got that covered.
