Lobbying For Animals All Across The World! T-Shirt Photo

"This order was a booster campaign started to raise awareness and gain support for animals at a legislative level. The mission of Lobby For Animals is to reach out to all those who have made a commitment to speak up for animals. We encourage all animal rights activists from all walks of life to join us in our fight to end animal cruelty one bill at a time. Lobby For Animals is also committed to preserving the rights of the animal activist, which is why it is so important that we all learn how to effectively address such issues as the Animal Enterprise Terrorist Act and the more recent AG-GAG bills. Amongst other things, this type of legislation is an attempt to extinguish the only voice the animals have, all of us. If more activists were involved at the legislative level, Acts like this would not just pass quietly in the night, it would have been met with a loud roar of opposition. We need to become aware of our rights so we can raise our voices loud to fight for the animal’s rights as well as our own. CustomInk allowed us to reach people all across the globe--from LA to NY and even Norway!"

Our Youngest Youth Advocates: Advocacy Day 2013 by Advocacy Day 2013! - over 1 year ago

Our Youngest Youth Advocates: Advocacy Day 2013 T-Shirt Photo

"I had a great time working with you all as I already commented on my stellar evaluation of your work. On 4/11/2013 I organized 200 young people from across the state of Illinois ranging in age from 6th grade to 22. This photo is of three of our youngest advocates from Champaign-Urbana Eater Junior High School. Students spent the morning learning organizing strategies, the ins-and-outs of advocacy and the democratic process, and prepping materials to speak to their legislators. Afterwards, students marched to the Capitol and were able to get their message across. Closing out the event, students gathered at the Rotunda and were given an energizing speech by Senator Kotowski where he reaffirmed his support of School Health Centers and adolescent health initiatives and talked to the students about leadership. The young man on the left got up after the Senator and made a statement about why adolescent health matters to him in front of the whole group. It was an exhilarating event and the red shirts really helped us stand out! "
