Our theme was "Save Second Base" and we had approximately 70 people participate in the pub crawl and raised $1100 in just a few hours. "This event was our 2nd annual benefit to honor the memory of our friend Jana who lost her battle with breast cancer at the young age of 37. It took place at Uncle Mike's in Pleasant Prairie, WI on Saturday, July 18, 2009. All proceeds ($6323) went to the Amercian Cancer Society and the Breast Cancer 3-day. We had 26 volunteers all wearing these awesome shirts! CustomInk was so great to work with, from the first contact all the way through the follow-ups after our shirts arrived. This is a golf horse race where all teams tee-off at the same time and through elimination (double bogey or worse), there are 3 teams left to be win, place and show.
