Team Carol by Breast Cancer is Dopey - 4 months ago
"I decided to complete the Run Disney Dopey Challenge (a 5K, a 10K, a half marathon, and a full marathon in 4 days) long before I was diagnosed with breast cancer. As I was going through chemotherapy my sister, her family, and a longtime friend decided to come to Florida to support me in my run. I decided to make team tshirts so I could find them on the course and so they could find me. I created the theme and basic design and the CustomInk team made it real! I am so thankful to have had the shirts for the weekend."

The Believers - Relay for Life by The Believers - 4 months ago
"These are the t-shirts we had Custom Ink make for us. Our team is called the Believers and we are a team for the Relay for Life to help against the fight against cancer. Our team captain battled breast cancer and had beat it as well as all of us on the team have been touched by cancer in one way or another. We are the Believers because we believe in the fact that even though cancer can be a deadly disease, if you have enough fight in you, you can conquer and beat it and it will not win! We have to believe there will someday be a cure!"
Guest Bartending Event hosted by Young Survivors by Rachel, Jeannine, Jackie & Maureen - 4 months ago
"This photo is from a guest bartending happy hour event we held at a local Irish pub in Downtown Philly named Fado! For an hour we raised tips to help fund our new young survivor initiative, in which we have partnered with Susan G. Komen to create called "The Big Pink Footprint". The Philadelphia affiliate is currently the only affiliate in the country to have this initiative, which focuses on the unique needs of breast cancer survivors who were diagnosed between the ages of 20-40. Our goal is to turn this into a national presence, so we work hard and want everything we do to make an impact! With each of us being young survivors, we ordered these incredible tank tops from Customink, who helped us customize each tank to display our individual ages at diagnosis. Knowing that happy hours in the city can get pretty packed and noisy, we wanted to wear something that would make an impact, and what would be better than revealing to the patrons of the pub something they can truly relate to - - - our age!! It was a truly inspiring event and we ended up raising over $500 in only one hour! In addition, we received so much amazing feedback from those who saw our ages and were inspired to stay aware! We plan on doing many many more of these types of events, which is why I am so thankful that we also ordered these in light pink and black! Customink made the entire experience an absolute breeze: from being able to customize these tanks on our own so that we knew exactly what to expect, to working with the absolute best customer service we have ever worked with, every part of the process was made to be easy and enjoyable. The crew at Customink even helped us put a rush on the order, despite the custom detail, so that we would have them in time for the event!! They kept in constant contact and informed us of every possible way we could make these tank tops amazing - and as you can see they turned out to be just that!"

Team Kelly by Sara Vaal - 4 months ago
"Our fellow ICU nurse and friend, Kelly, was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. I immediately went to custom ink to create a t shirt for us to wear at work to show our support. Well, the whole hospital caught wind of this and what I thought was going to be just our department ended up touching most every department of the hospital. My initial order of shirts was over 200, with another order coming soon. Your company has shown wonderful customer service and to think that custom ink itself is donating money is truly humbling. There are great , giving people in this world. I have witnessed it first hand."
Running With a Purpose by Ski - 4 months ago
"Our family got together to run in the "Race for the Cure", an event supporting breast cancer research. We made T-shirts to recognize our family members who had battled breast cancer, and titled our shirts- "We Run For Them." It was a great event and we all had a great time, proudly displaying our shirts and the heroes behind the cause."
