Team Tetralogy of Follow Us by Team TOF - about 19 hours ago
"Our son Sebastian, was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect (Tetralogy of Fallot ). He has been so fortunate to have the latest and greatest technology and medicine to intervine in his life so that he lives like a normal 3 year old. In Nov 2013, our nephew Luis-Armando, was diagnosed with a VACTERL and with a congenital heart defect of (Tetralogy of Fallot ). Baby Luis-Armando passed in January 2014 but in his time with us he showed us true strength, absolutely amazed us all and bewildered the doctors. This is our 3rd year of walking and CustomInk has always provides a service that helps us look like a team and proudly recognizes Luis’s battle and Sebastian’s current fight with our COOL team shirts. Sebastian will need more surgeries and a new valve as he grows older so fighting congenital heart defect for our family is personal. Here are just some of the facts: Nearly two million children and adults are living with a congenital heart defect (CHD) in the United States. Each year approximately 40,000 babies are born with a CHD, making it the country’s #1 birth defect. At least 10% of all congenital heart defects are first found in adulthood. Thanks to increases in survival rates, the number of adults living with a CHD rises by 5% a year and adults with CHDs are living longer, fuller lives than ever before. Your support will continue our progress. The Congenital Heart Walk is an exciting joint effort between the Adult Congenital Heart Association (ACHA) and the Children’s Heart Foundation (CHF)! This effort will raise funds to help both organizations continue their missions to address the needs of both the newly diagnosed and long-term survivors of congenital heart defects, in a truly inspirational day of sharing, caring and fun. Getting Dirty Building Homes & Lives by DEC Engineers Team - 1 day ago
"Where: Escondido, CA When: August 15, 2014 Why: One of our employees was able to buy a house that was restored by Habitat for Humanity a couple of years ago. He wanted to give back and thought that our entire company would want to help out, and of course we jumped on the chance. We are all very grateful to this cause as it not only builds homes for those in need, it give hope. Yes, this was a great team building event but more importantly we were able to help several families as we helped to build three duplexes. This is an event I believe we will work on in the future. "
"This is the City Dogs Rescue table with Maura Mitchell and Dustin Vick outside of Logan Tavern during our biggest fundraiser of the year - "Dining Out with the Dogs" with Eatwell DC (August 18, 2014). Eatwell DC restaurants (Commissary, Logan Tavern, The Pig, The Heights, and Grillfish) generously donate 15% of their proceeds from the night to City Dogs Rescue. We have been purchasing our shirts from CustomInk for the last several years because of the fantastic customer service and the quality of the shirts (e.g., American Apparel)."

My sister-in-law lost her battle with cancer in 2011. My father lost his battle with Leukemia in 2012 and my brother-in-law lost his battle with liver cancer in 2014. So, this is why we had these WONDERFUL t-shirts made from CUSTOMINK. We also will be wearing them in the Light The Night Walk for Cancer Research on November 17th. RAIN or SHINE."

"We ran a small 5k event in Dewey Beach, DE on Saturday, August 16th. The event was called Breast Fest and is a part of the Ten Sisters Road Race Series. All benefits from the event will be going towards The Tyanna Foundation. My experience with CustomInk was great. All orders went smoothly and arrived quickly. I was even contacted by a rep who made a donation to the foundation from CustomInk."
Dorsey's Dashers by Steph - 2 days ago
"Dorsey's Dashers is our Warrior Dash team. This year we raised over $3,000 for St. Jude Warriors in memory of our loving mother, grandma, and friend Dorsey. CustomInk helped us tremendously in designing and perfecting our shirts, we couldn't have done it with out them. The shirts made us look like a fabulously well-polished team while we were running, climbing, and of course crawling through mud. (No worries, the shirts also cleaned up nicely) The photo is a collage of snapshots from the day including a before and after and a shot of Otis the bulldog our official mascot! We cannot wait for next year! Our goal is to raise $10,000 and recruit new dasher!"

24 Hours of Soccer by - 3 days ago
"The event that these shirts were created for was called 24 hours of soccer. All proceeds of the event go to Grassroot Soccer, an organization that aims to prevent and spread awareness about AIDS in Africa. It was held in Wellesley on August 16th to August 17th. CustomInk was awesome throughout the entire process of ordering shirts. They had real people whom we were able to speak with to make the design the most cost effective so that we could donate more money to Grassroot Soccer. They made sure we were happy with the shirts."
