Through the years Annie became involved in the Arthritis Foundation - initially in advocacy and then in the Arthritis Walks. "These were the shirts our bowling team from Polish Falcons Nest 36 in Ansonia, CT wore to the Polish Falcons District V Bowling Tournament in Southington, CT on March 23, 2013. We received many positive comments/chuckles from the other bowlers. We also took home two awards for our performance that day.
