Students participated in collecting change and making donations. However, the highlight of this week was the Read for a Cure "Read-a-thon" that raised over $800. Students were also tickled pink to wear their new Read for the Cure T-shirts on that Friday! The decision to order the t-shirts was made at the last minute, but Custom Ink got the shirts to us in less than a week, and at a price we could afford! "I volunteered to get a team together to participate in school districts D230 yearly relay for life. My team spent weeks fundraising an planning. We stayed up all night may 10th and walked for the event. We had many people to donate this event to and it was a great turnout! We plan on doing this next year. "My family recently participated in the Walk to End Alzheimers at Delaware Park in Buffalo, New York. It is our first year able to walk as an official team, so I designed Papa's Peeps T-shirts for our team. Everyone at the walk loved them! "This photograph was taken of Bradley CureSearch Club at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. We put on a fundraiser called Kick for a Cure in April 2012 to "kick" children's cancer. The event, a kickball tournament, was a huge success and the money went to CureSearch for Children's Cancer. Our club loved the t-shirts that we designed on CustomInk.com, they turned out great!
