Cycle for Survival NYC 2014 Team Cancer Crushers by Cancer Crushers! - 7 months ago
"This national indoor team cycling event raises money to fund critical research at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Participants and donors make progress and hope possible for patients and their loved ones worldwide. Here are two important facts you should know: >>> 100% of the funds donated for our ride will go directly to MSKCC to help patients around the world. >>> Since its inception, Cycle for Survival has helped fund 85 clinical trials and research studies. We ride to honor brave family and friends touched by cancer. Cycle for Survival is our way of fighting back and making a difference. We ride because we want to contribute to lifesaving research. We ride because there aren’t enough treatment options for people with rare cancers—we know we can change that. All pediatric cancers, leukemia, lymphoma, sarcoma, and thyroid, ovarian and pancreatic cancers are among the many types considered to be rare. "

TEAM HEART N' SOLLS by Amanda - 7 months ago
"Team Laz participated in Cycle for Survival in NYC (one of the many locations where this even took place) which raises money to fund research for rare cancers. With the effort of 17 team members we were able to raise over $40,000 which contributed to the over $19 million raised nationwide. Cancer has impacted every team member of Team Laz in one way or another and being able to come together to battle against it was amazing. Thank you to CustomInk for their incredible dedication and customer service in making our shirts! The back, not pictured here, was a big bike wheel with Team Laz written inside and at the top of the shirt "f**k cancer," which I think sums up how we feel about beating this disease!"
Team Do With Care by Cycle for Survival (Bethesda, MD) - 7 months ago
"The event is called Cycle for Survival and it is held all over the east coast to raise money for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. My team, Do With Care, participated in the Bethesda, MD location. Teams have one bike and rotate members to cycle for 4 hours. 100% of the money raised goes to rare cancer treatment and research. CustomInk's website was very user friendly therefore allowing me to create really great tshirts for our team. Additionally, we really appreciated the donation they made! "

"Last year was our first year participating in Cycle for Survival. Our Team participated in two cities (DC and NY) and our CustomInk shirts really helped us stand out. With the help of customer service I created these great t-shirts for my team and our supporters. Because of the great success we had fundraising last year we will be participating and hopefully raising more money this year to fight rare cancers. With a personal loss it's nice to commemorate her memory with these shirts as well as raise awareness and money for a cause she would be proud of. We look forward to ordering a new batch of shirts for this years race and showing our pride!"

"This is our NYC cycle for Survival Team 'Build Me up Buttercup'! This was our third year participating and our team spanned two cities and 32 people! Our neon Tee's captured the attention of the entire gym on event day and was spread across twitter with the hashtag #CycleforSurvival. They were the envy of every other team and turned out great!"
