"We held our first annual "BOOB" Camp at Flex Fitness here in Lexington, Ky to help raise money to donate to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Lexington Affiliate. We had participants donate whatever amount they could and offered them 30 minutes of Boot Camp, 30 minutes of Zumba, and 30 minutes of Yoga. It was a huge success and we had a blast!! These are the certified instructors who volunteered their time to teach the classes! Our tees from CustomInk were a huge hit! The color was perfect and everybody loved them! "This is a photo of me and some of my co-workers at St. Alphonsus Catholic School in McComb, Mississippi. We get together 3 or 4 times a week and work out using kettlebells. It is a great way to end a hecktic day of school and it's also great to have people to motivate you to keep going. "This was an 8 week boot camp that started at 5 a.m., 3 days a week beginning in Jan. and ended the last of Feb. There were 31 die hard participants who weathered the 13 degree mornings to come sweat, strain, pant, do push ups, planks, sprints, and more. The team was bonding so well that it became inevitable that a shirt to seal the bond for this elite group was necessary. They were committed to the work out, to their accountability partners, and the new friendships they formed. CustomInk made this possible.
