"This photo was taken on September 8, 2012 on Big Island, Hawaii. This shirt was for a small organization here in Hilo -- Kosrae-Hilo Organzaiton. Where we came from, we always celebrate this date, September 8, which was the date that our ancestors was freed by the United States of America from the hands of the Japanese during World War 2. Months before September, I had an idea of printing one of my sketches on a shirt. I went online to search online shirt designers and I came across CustomInk. I placed my order and I even called them up to follow-up on it and with their wonderful service, I was able to decide on how I want my shirt to come out. "Our young men decided to do something hard. They focused on the Iron man competition in Hawaii and with a little modifications came up with our Quorum Project. 2.4 miles swimming, 26.2 miles joggings and 112 miles cycling. As the day approached the young men began to show signs of doubt and fear. We brought out our new CustomInk shirts and everyone was committed and confident. The shirts really did unite us. This will be an annual event and new shirts for each year to solidify our goals."
