"My 18 year old daughter was diagnosed this past March with Hodgkins Lymphoma. Out of the blue... She was a senior in high school and this was devastating for our family. She went through chemo for a few months and has had no sign of disease since July. Emily just started her freshman year at Rutgers University. The walk we did this morning, 9/26/10, was for an organization that helped us in so many ways when Emily was going through the chemo treatments. We wanted to give back - with the support of family and friends Emily raised over $1,000 for Embrace Kids. It feels good to give back.
