Surprise 80th Birthday by Missy Keeney - 1 day ago

Surprise 80th Birthday T-Shirt Photo

"Our family decided to surprise our mother who was turning 80 by having a reunion. This was the first time the entire family had been together in many many years. We had family come in from 5 different states including Alaska and met in Tennessee to surprise her and do a portrait. I designed the Custom Ink shirts to show each of the 6 family groups. Each color is a different family group and mom and dad are in the center with the white and a splash of each color on their shirts! The angel wings represent my son who passed away 3 yrs ago. My representative Kathleen was extremely helpful in the design of my idea for this portrait. Everyone absolutely loved the shirts and the quality was awesome. You can just look at the picture and tell who belongs to who because of the colors...I love it! Thanks Custom Ink"

"Our Drumline marches in the Orange Blossom Parade each year and this year's theme was about saluting the Armed Forces and renaming a road to Purple Heart Trail. We needed some fantastic camo t-shirts and CustomInk was the place for us to find exactly what we wanted! The back has "Live. Love. Drum." and it looks amazing. My students love their shirts and take pride in wearing them. We will come back to CustomInk again for our school, Gloria Dei Academy!"

Be Like Brit Race Team at Falmouth by Kristin Hervey Musser - 3 days ago

Be Like Brit Race Team At Falmouth T-Shirt Photo

"We had 10 amazing runners from the Be Like Brit Race Team who ran in this year's Falmouth Road Race! The team fundraised over $10,000 to support the children in our orphanage in Haiti! The Orphanage was built in loving memory of Britney Gengel, who perished in the 2010 Haiti earthquake while on a service trip through her college, Lynn University. Be Like Brit honors Britney’s memory and legacy of compassion to those less fortunate, and was inspired by a text message she sent to her mother just 3 hours before the quake claimed her life. “They love us so much and everyone is so happy. They love what they have and they work so hard to get nowhere, yet they are all so appreciative. I want to move here and start an orphanage myself.“ After two and a half years of construction, Be Like Brit was dedicated and blessed in an ecumenical celebration of life and love on January 5, 2013. On what would have been Brit’s 23rd birthday, Be Like Brit brought in their first child, a three year old boy. Today, Be Like Brit is home to 48 children, and employs more than 50 full-time employees. Hundreds of American and Canadian college students and other volunteers visit or volunteer at Be Like Brit each year. Through the service work of others, we can all be more inspired to “Be Like Brit”."

Jog For The Bog T-Shirt Photo

"The shirts were a gift to friends, who walked or ran a 5 k or 10 k race in memory of my late husband Marty who passed away suddenly on August 31, 2013. It was so very nice of everyone to support our family during this very difficult time. Everyone loved the shirts , and many people that also ran the race loved the shirts as well. Your service was great and very helpful people, thanks Lauren Bernstein, who took the time to make sure they were perfect. These shirts made the event that more special, because Marty was a very special man."

For Pete's Sake by Colleen Burke Allison - 14 days ago

Win For Pete's Sake T-Shirt Photo

"My father, Pete Burke, passed away suddenly in April. He lived at the beach in Brigantine, NJ, so we decided to have a seaside memorial/party for him in August. His 15 grandchildren, five children and over a hundred of his friends, neighbors and family attended the event. My dad was quite a philanthropist, and donated much of his time and business expertise to the LEAP Academy Charter School in Camden, NJ. After his passing, his workplace, friends and family started the Peter. J. Burke, Jr. Scholarship Fund at the charter school to help graduates fulfill their dream of going to college. We sold the shirts at my dad's memorial to raise money for the fund and to continue my his legacy. Hence, the motto on the shirt, "For Pete's Sake". Pictured in this photo are his grandchildren and great nieces and nephews. We took a few serious photos and then told them to be silly. It's much more fun to be silly, and their Pop-Pop would've loved it! The shirts were a huge hit. The process of designing them was simple and stress-free. We received them faster than I predicted. We plan to have this event each year to celebrate my dad's life. I will be designing a new shirt for each party, so we can continue raising money for the scholarship fund."

John T Riedl Memorial Family Triathlon by Riedl Family - 17 days ago

John T Riedl Memorial Family Triathlon T-Shirt Photo

"Each year we all gather at the family lake house at Lake Beulah, Wisconsin. Last year, my brother-in-law passed away from melanoma so in his honor we started an annual triathlon doing things he loved to do at the lake. We've had between 16-20 participants these past two years. Everyone regardless of age helps out with boating, supplying water, watching the swimmers, and providing encouragement. This year I surprised everyone with t-shirts from CustomInk and they were a HUGE hit! I was able to do a design that included our events - swimming, running and kayaking - and get a color and size that worked for our 8-year old to our 77-year old! It was a nice way to memorialize the event and my brother-in-law. We can't wait to do it again next year!"
