BARKK to end the silence by Team Dani - 10 months ago

Barkk To End The Silence T-Shirt Photo

"In November of 2012 the life of a beautiful woman lost her life to domestic violence at the hands of her husband. She was a daughter, sister, cousin and friend. She was beautiful inside and out and she is missed daily. She was also an animal lover and mom to two labs and a cat that she rescued from the woods. This tragedy brought to the for front the fact that there are no women's shelters in our state equipped to accept family pets. So in honor of Danielle Reed, on Sept 28th the first annual BARKK(because acts of random kindness kount) to end the silence 5k walk, run or barkk was held to raise funds to equip these shelters. There was over 500 participants and over $7000. was raised. Dani's family & friends represented her well in these purple Team Dani t-shirts. We loved them! The quality was excellent and they looked amazing. We will be creating a new design and ordering for next year's race as well. Thank you CustomInk for playing such an important part of this very emotional journey!"

"Photo taken at the end of the NYC Tunnel to Towers 5K. The 5K follows the footsteps of Firefighter Stephen Siller, who on 9/11/01 was on the Brooklyn side of the Brooklyn-Battery tunnel. He abandoned his car, grabbed his turnout gear and ran through the tunnel to the World Trade Center. Firefighter Siller died that day. We thank CustomInk for their assistance and their donation to the cause."

"After my mom, Mary Ellen, was diagnosed with MS, my friends and I decided to sign up for the MS150 City to Shore bike ride to help raise money for the MS Society and those living with MS. This is all of us in our special "Miles for M.E." team shirts before taking off on the first day!!! Our team was able to raise nearly $3,000 for the MS Society, and CustomInk even donated some money to help us out, which was unexpected and amazing!!! They were also extremely helpful during the design and ordering process...I will never order from another promotional site again!"

Heart Of Steel T-Shirt Photo

"On Sept. 29, 2013 at the Duck Pond in Ridgewood, NJ the CHD Coalition held its 6th annual Awareness Walk for those born with a Congenital Heart Defect. Our family and friends all came out to support our son Ryan who was born with a very rare form of CHD. At 10 months old Ryan underwent Open Heart Surgery. He is 17 years old now. Awareness to the many kinds of CHD is crucial in finding answers. Custom Ink has played a huge role year after year in getting our message out there. The shirts we purchase each year are of the highest quality and comfort. Everyone wants one of our shirts and are excited to see what slogan we have chosen. Thank you Custom Ink for helping us to get our very important message out there in style!"
