Honoring Chelsea, Supporting Damon by Jim Clyburn - over 1 year ago
"Last year we lost a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, and friend, Chelsea Clyburn Morehouse. She left behind a three year old son, Damon, who continues to enrich our lives and remind us of her spectacular life. Chelsea was very active in athletics, playing volleyball through high school in college. Eventually she became a coach and remained involved for several years. Each Thanksgiving, we organize a run/walk during the world-famous Manchester Road Race in honor of Chelsea. This year, thanks to Custom Ink, we were able to design a great t-shirt for team members to wear; and we had a TREMENDOUS turnout. Proceeds from the t-shirt sales went directly to Damon's college fund. Pictured here is approximately half the team just before the race. It was a beautiful day and everyone was thankful to participate!"

Slow still gets you there! by TEAM BFF-Goddesses on the Loose! - over 1 year ago
"60 miles, 3 days, 9 months of training, 75,0988 blisters, and over $17,000 raised by Team BFF. 4 year survivor Donna Grosser and 6 teammates walked for past, present and future in Susan G. Komen Tampa Bay 3-Day walk. The back of our shirt was filled with names we held close as we journeyed - both those we have lost and all those battling cancer. We got LOTS of compliments on our shirts. The design and ordering were a breeze and we give all thumbs and toes up!!!"
My awesome Dad #2 by My awesome Dad - over 1 year ago
"Half-Marathon in less than year (11 months) after undergoing a triple by-pass. We had planned to run together in SA in 2011 but Dad experienced difficulty during the train up, which led to the discovery he needed surgery. So proud of his courage, I had this shirt made just for him. The back reads: I kicked the A** of a triple by-pass. Dad got lots of shouts-out on the 13.1 mile course - he was so inspiring. This is why I say that marathons save lives! Thanks to Custom Ink who ensured I got the shirt in time for the race."

Damien's Bowl-A-Rama by Damien Huelskamp Family - over 1 year ago
"We lost a son in 2010 to Neuroblastoma and as a tribute to him, we have started a fundraiser in his honor. He loved to bowl, so we started a Bowl-A-Rama around the time of his Angelversary. This is the 2nd Annual Damien Huelskamp Memorial Bowl-A-Rama. After, we posed for a family picture all wearing our shirts. The experience of using your website was great. I liked that I could look at the finished product before I bought and the prices can't be beat. It made for a reasonable price to be able to sell them. The quality of the t-shirts is great also!! Thank you so much your product. This is the second year we have used you and this was better than last years. We will definitely use you next year!! "
"The event was the Marine Corps Marathon 10K in Washington DC on October 28, 2012. Our group, lead by Heather Bland, was there to run in honor of Heather's husband, a Marine helicopter pilot who lost his life last year while on active duty. It was a victory for us all, especially Heather, just to run the race. It was a special joy for friends and family from all over the country to gather together in support of Heather and her 18 month old daughter, Aliana."
1st Annual Rosie Bowl by Rosie Bowl - over 1 year ago
"The sisters of Zeta Tau Alpha at Ohio Northern University held a powderpuff football game matching the alumnae "old timers" versus the actives "youngns." It was a chance for reuniting old and creating new friendships, for true sisterhood bonding. The event was called the Rosie Bowl in honor of our sister, Roselyn, who passed away due to adrenal cancer just 2 years ago at the age of 23. We raised money to donate, in her name, to Relay for Life. This one's for you Rosie! We miss and love you!"
