"Taken on the Turbine Deck of the Winfield, Kansas city power plant. The city asked GE to provide 3 personnel for technical direction of the plant operators to overhaul their Steam Turbine and Generator. With the community centered in cattle ranching country, and City of Winfield abbreviated to COW, the idea of the COW Turbine Team was born. "Faculty of The Pembroke Hill School in Kansas City, Missouri walked on behalf of Eloise H. daughter of Cara & Nick H. (both teachers at Pembroke) in the March of Dimes Walk. Eloise was born premature but thanks to the doctor's & nurse's at St. Luke's Medical Center & the March of Dimes she is thriving and doing great!

"Eleven family members participated in and finished the 2013 Brew to Brew 44.4 mile run from Boulevard Brewing in Kansas City to Free State Brewery in Lawrence, Kansas. Each of the adults had a beer name like Boilermaker or Shandy and the kids had names like Pint or Half Pint printed on their backs. Lots of comments from others as they read our backs. The T-shirt logo on the front was fun and easy to design. Ordering was a snap and the turn-around time was quick! CustomInk is GREAT!"

"We walked against Breast Cancer for the American Cancer Society. We walked 5k around Liberty Memorial in Kansas City, MO. Our team had over 30 members and we represented in our cool CustomInk Pink T-shirts! My son found the design and CustomInk made it happen! We LOVE our shirts!"

"These shirts were a labor of love in two ways...the LOVE I felt for the customer service associates both on the phone, email, and on the website and the teeshirts that CustomInk.com designed/produced for my walk team (definitely a WOW factor!!).(especially after all the obstacles with local teeshirt companies in overpromising and underdelivering-I am so glad I found out about them) ..& the LOVE I felt from my family/coworkers who were my teammates and walking for all those diagnosed/and yet to be diagnosed with Diabetes (I was diagnosed in October 2010 with TYPE 2 Diabetes) for the American Diabetes Association Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes that took place in Kansas City,MO on a beautiful 1st day of Fall Saturday September 22nd, 2012. I also appreciated beyond words the donation CustomInk made to my cause. The shirts say Amy's Angels Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes on the front and the back has the grey diabetes awareness ribbon with black wings and yellow halo with the words Walking for a Cure underneath. The shirts were a big hit and I would/have recommended this site to others. Thank you!"

"Lisa's Breast Friends, Susan G Komen Kansas City Walk, 2012. Supporting Lisa Getty. Lisa is 45 yrs old and was diagnosed with breast cancer this year. Since then, she has underwent a double mastetctomy, numerous rounds of chemo, radiation and now awaiting the implants. She is our mentor and a true fighter. I started designing the shirts months in advance and Custom Ink was there with me all of the way. I changed my mind atleast once a day and they would email me another draft everytime until finally I made up my mind what I wanted. They never seemed to be bothered and was more than happy to complete the project"

"As the Duke men's club volleyball team, we traveled to Kansas City to compete in the National Collegiate Volleyball Championship. Naturally, we had to have awesome shirts to accompany such a big event, and even with only a week before the tournament, customink got us our shirts. This picture was taken in that brief moment after the tournament was over and before we headed out for some famous KC barbecue. "
