Every year, the 759 marching band competes in the Vancouver Lower Mainland Regional Band Competition. The band allows cadets aged 12 to 18 to experience what it is like to maintain good musicality while marching in sync with the people around them. This year, we played pieces from various genres, including "The Legend of Zelda," "Mama Mia," "Preobrajensky March," "For Good," and "Century of Progress."
Instead of using the Triforce Logo in the Legend of Zelda, the band decided to use their own interpretation of the falcon so that it represented the cadet squadron itself.
All the cadets and officers were very pleased with how the tshirts turned out, and we will definitely order t-shirts from CustomInk in the future!"
"This shirt was made for the woodlands high school marching band brass section, including tubas, trumpets, trombones, mellophone, an baritones, we decided to make it because we finally wanted to be unified as girls playing the brass instruments. It was so fun making it and taking our picture with the band director. Couldn't have asked for it done better:)"
"This photo was taken after winning state champs! This is our school coming back from the competition and this event was held on November 3rd. We were all so proud of each other and this couldn't have been a better season! We've received many compliments on our hoodies! So thank you CustomInk! "
"Here's the MTMB Low Brass section just chillin in their EXCELLENT new sweatshirts from CustomInk before a football game one Friday afternoon. CustomInk was very accommodating and easy to work with."
"The Vista Murrieta HS Golden Alliance Marching Band in Murrieta CA, is a great organization whose motto of "Building People Through Performance" always shines through. The 2012-2013 Trumpet section is a great group of kids who work hard and have a great time learning and growing together though music and marching. Their customink shirts are a great way to show off their outstanding teamwork and camaraderie. "
"Any band member knows that trumpets are, with out a doubt, the best section in the band. We, the 2012 trumpets of the Monadnock Regional High School Marching Band in Swanzey, NH, decided we needed some sweet shirts to remind the rest of the band we are the best. The front of our shirts reads "Superiority" and on the back is a trumpet graphic made up of words such as "Honor, Pride, Swagger, and Domination." Our names are included on the back as well. True trumpet pride reflected by some seriously awesome shirts!"
"This year the mellophone section of our marching band wanted to get some really awesome t-shirts for section pride day. I drew up a design concept and was able to use custom ink to take it to the next level. The shirts turned out great and everyone was impressed by how good they looked! We're looking forward to ordering our t-shirts from CustomInk again next season!"
"This picture was taken after our marching band placed third in the state in our class. We've come a long way and I am very proud of all we have accomplished. CustomInk made our section shirts and they did a fabulous job. They are perfect and everyone got a kick out of them. "
"These are the Homestead High School Marching band trombones wearing our awesome new tshirts designed on CustomInk on our last Wednesday night practice before we leave for New York to march in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade! The shirts came in before they were said to come, which was great because we were on a tight schedule. Plus, we get lots of compliments from other sections for our classy "Mine's longer" design. Make sure to watch us at 10:08 am on NBC on Thanksgiving morning and please donate to help us with our trip! "
