John F Kearney Jr Manchester Road Race by the Fightin' John Kearneys! - 5 months ago

John F Kearney Jr Manchester Road Race T-Shirt Photo

"On Thanksgiving day of 2013, we ran in the Manchester Road Race in Manchester, Connecticut in honor of the late John F Kearney, Jr, our loving father, uncle, brother, husband and family patriarch. John was an avid runner, and ran this race dozens of times - so the occasion was a fitting memorial event. CustomInk provided instrumental feedback and support in helping us perfect this design to commemorate John as the true legend as he was and is to our family. "

For Lucy by Jill - 9 months ago

For Lucy T-Shirt Photo

"Our first child, Lucy, was born at 23 weeks last year, weighing just one pound. Amazingly, she survived her first days. We watched her grow and grow, and fell more in love with her every day. Sadly, she got an infection that very suddenly took her from us when she was just two months old. During this time we lived at the Ronald McDonald House, as the hospital was two hours from our home. They loved us and supported us, and always took very good care of us. They became like family to us. This year, with our new son William, we took part in the Walk for Kids to help raise money for the Ronald McDonald House. We wanted team t-shirts with Lucy's tiny feet. Ordering from CustomInk was incredibly easy, and the customer service has been amazing. You made it so easy for us to honor our daughter's beautiful memory."

To Heaven, With Love by Janice - 11 months ago

To Heaven, With Love T-Shirt Photo

"On May 30th, 2012, my beautiful, gentle 18 year old son, Alex, was killed in a horrific car crash. He was a loving and kind soul...adored by MANY. In memory of that date, I organized an event at the local park, where Alex used to take his two young sisters to play. It was a balloon release, in which a group of us tied letters to green balloons (Alex's favorite color), and sent them to his doorstep in Heaven. The tshirts were green, and on the front was Alex's logo with his initials, that he had designed himself. They were EXACTLY what I had hoped the design team at CustomInk could create for us, and the delivery was perfect! They arrived the day of the event. Just in time to honor my sweet boy. It was a wonderful day, and the shirts were...and always will be...cherished. Thank you, CustomInk, by helping to lift our spirits and make us noticable from way up in Heaven!!"

Lisa McCorkle Memorial Softball Game by Holden Baptist Church - 11 months ago

Lisa Mc Corkle Memorial Softball Game T-Shirt Photo

"This is the 4th year we've held the Lisa McCorkle Softball Benefit. It started out with raising some funds to help Lisa McCorkle as she traveled to MD Anderson Cancer Center to receive treatments. Through the 4 years God has blessed us with this event and we've continued this benefit in Lisa's name to be a blessing to someone in our community that is battling with cancer or other medical needs. Though Lisa is no longer here with us, we know that she would be filled with joy knowing that this benefit has continued to bless people. We always have a great crowd show up in memory of Lisa and people that want to reach out and help with this benefit. Thanks to everyone that was part of it. Please take the time to vote by using the “rate this photo” button. This money will go to next year’s benefit. We are the hands and feet of Christ all while wearing Custom Ink shirts! "

"Running with Steve Ruddy" by Rock n Ruddy - about 1 year ago

"Running With Steve Ruddy" T-Shirt Photo

"Steve Ruddy passed away on April 7, 2012 just as he was finishing a 10 mile run; he was almost home. Steve loved running and he played guitar and was passionate about music. When we heard that the Rock n Roll Half Marathon was coming to San Francisco for the first time, on April 7, 2013, we knew running or walking it was the right way to spend the day. Steve's dad, sisters, wife and many friends signed up (more tried to sign up but the race sold out too quickly!) to run. Another group of over 20 of Steve's friends took over an aid station, dressed in 80's rock outfits, and handed out water, gatorade and beer to thirsty runners. Any year that Steve didn't do the San Francisco marathon he was volunteering at an aid station. Unfortunately not everyone was in the group photo since some got the race start late and had to go straight to the start - 18 of us ran in honor of Steve. Someone running asked two of us which race our shirt was from since he hadn't seen it before, when we explained it he told us "that's really great, I actually feel his spirit with me right now" and he started running faster!"

Coming together to commorate friends and encourage growth! by Memorial Shopping Event 2012 - over 1 year ago

Coming Together To Commorate Friends And Encourage Growth! T-Shirt Photo

"This photo represents friends and family of Jessica Gongloff and Tyson Simpson. Both members of the graduating class of 2003 Huntingdon Area High School. The proceeds from the benefit go to one senior boy and one senior girl at HAHS in the form of a memorial scholarship. The criteria for the scholarship is a student that displays Courage, Compassion, and Optimism throughout their high school experience. We are hoping to commemorate our friends that have passed and sponsor leadership in today's youth. "
