"Where: Lake Tahoe When: July 10, 2010 Why: University of California, Santa Barbara Alumni Swimmers get together every year to celebrate a fellow swimmer's life that was taken early due to cancer. We created the team "Poohstrong" in honor of our fellow swimmer who had the nickname "Pooh". We are two-time division champs and plan to do it again next year with two teams and more CustomInk shirts! CustomInk Experience: Outstanding! Changes were very easy to make. Every representative I spoke with was kind, courteous, and extremely helpful!"

Runnin for Windy by TeamWindy - about 4 years ago

Runnin For Windy T-Shirt Photo

"This photograph was taken on July 4th, 2010 at the Atlanta Peachtree Road Race. This was a very large event of about 55,000 participants! My husband uncle passed away in March this year of Pulmonary Fibrosis. "Windy" was an avid runner and ran the Peachtree Road Race numerous times. As a resident of Atlanta, Windy enjoyed the PRR the most of all races. Family members wanted to honor Windy in a fun yet memorable way...we ran/walk the Peachtree Road Race in honor of him! The shirts were a hit! Not only did a few other race participants ask about the shirt and who Windy is, but as a few of us were approaching the finish line, a man with a microphone and loud speaker from the Atlanta Track Club read out the shirt! So, we heard Windy's name on the loud speaker just as we were finishing the race! What a great way to end the race!!!"

Hasta la Vista Breast Cancer! by Cureminators - about 4 years ago

Hasta La Vista Breast Cancer! T-Shirt Photo

"This photo is from the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Raleigh, NC on June 12th. Our team, the "Cureminators", raised over $2000 for breast cancer research in memory of my Mom and my husband's Mom who have both lost their battles with breast cancer in the past few years. Our teammates are friends from all over who supported us through the difficult times we've had, and it was amazing to get together for a celebration of life like this one. I even managed my goal to run the entire 5k for the first time! Thank you to CustomInk.com for helping us get our T-shirts just right to carry us through the event with team spirit and pride. We had a million compliments on them too, which only added to the wonderful time we had together!"

"We formed an American Cancer Society Relay for Life Team made up of Phi Sigma Sigma (EA Chapter-ISU) alum to walk in memory of a sister we lost in 1997 at the age of 24. We walked all night to remember and honor friends and family who have and are fighting their battle with cancer. We ordered custom shirts in the sorority colors and a custom design to unify our team and they turned out fantastic. We plan to order again next year when we walk again!"

Going to the Depths for a Cure by Sambo - about 4 years ago

Going To The Depths For A Cure T-Shirt Photo

"I have been participating in Relay for Life for about 5-6 years. I started because I lost my grandmother to pancreatic cancer 20 years ago and the is still not a cure. This year was special for me. My friend and co-worker is in the battle with cancer right now. Everyday, she comes to work, does above and beyond what is expected and never complains all while she is taking chemo every week. She is my inspiration. I am alone in this picture, because sometimes in your battle with cancer you feel all alone. Our event raise $90,000 for cancer research. CustomInk helped us promote our cause and message with our t-shirts and I was very pleased."
