"The photo shows our annual Swain cross country meet up in Duluth, MN. It's a whole day trip, and we tend to go sight seeing if it's not too cold. This picture was from this past season and was taken after everyone had run their race. We decided to take a hike around the area before dinner, just for the fun of it.

"Mind Over Matter (M.O.M.) is a non-profit created to honor the spirit of Kathleen Fisher, who taught her children and those around her to live life to its fullest. Kathleen’s motto: work hard, play harder! Always the adventurous one, Kathleen was never scared to try a new thrill ride or attempt a black diamond on the ski hill. Tragically, Kathleen lost her battle with cancer in April, 2008 although her strength, love, compassion, energy and positive spirit lives on.
Our purpose is to encourage "personal wellness" and "community betterment" – enabling people to help others while helping themselves. We compete in events & personal improvement plans in commemoration of Fisher’s memory and spirit.

"We've been friends since our freshman year of college (1998), when we branded our group the "Bananas” (a long story). We travel from all over the country to meet in Minnesota for annual Christmas parties, baby showers, birthday parties, and lots more. We went on our first camping trip EVER was this past August, and such an event had to be commemorated with a t-shirt. Another friend recommended CustomInk, and I couldn’t have been happier with how the shirts turned out. The drawings were done by our group’s artists (who live in NY and sent me their drawings), and the CustomInk artists polished the designs to make everything look fantastic. After I gave my friends their shirts, no one took them off the rest of the weekend. The two of us who couldn’t attend (they live in TX and NC) received their shirts by mail. Everyone was delighted by our new group shirts, the first we’ve made since we were sophomores. We’ll surely be ordering again. Thanks for making our gathering even more of a success!"

"Our team of 12 ran a relay race (Ragnar) from Winona, MN to the Twin Cities - over 192 miles. Our team name was "Team Slow Jog" and we wanted to mimic the slow moving vehicle sign on our shirts. We came up with "Caution! Slow Runner". They were are huge hit at the race - we received a ton of compliments.
