"Last month I ordered shirts for our Johnson Family Reunion at Mt. Rushmore. When the shirts arrived a week before the reunion, they didn't have the faces of George Washington, and Abraham Licoln. I frantically called CustomInk. They were fabulous. When I contacted the customer service department, Ian quickly came up with a solution and implemented it. He helped rush my order through so that I could get the shirts before I left for my reunion on a Friday morning. Thursday afternoon I received the replacement shirts and everyone at the reunion was thrilled! Thank you again for your friendly service. You guys went above the call of duty!
