"Hinesburg VT's JDRF walk. Connor Sargeant (13 yr old team captain with Type 1 Diabetes) brought our team over from New York when our local walk was cancelled. Nothing can stop us from finding a cure. Connor and his team work by fundraising themselves and volunteering as advocates to work with our Congressmen and Senators to secure funding for research for a cure. We donate as much as we can because 80% of every dollar goes directly back to research. it can happen because of all these great volunteers. "I am team captain for Desi's Dynasty. My sister Desi is in remission. We walk every year in the Revlon Run/Walk for Women's Cancer. Their beneficiaries have helped my sister in many ways. This year the event was held in New York City on May 4th. It is always held in New York on the first Saturday in May. We have had t-shirts from other places but we didn't like the feel of the shirts or the longevity of the shirts. Once your shirts arrived we instantly feel in love with them. Your shirts are soft, not itchy and I still wear it even though the event is over. We are looking forward to next year's order and we would like to add something to the back of the shirt next year. I received the order timely. In fact I got it one whole day before the date I requested to receive it. That's amazing."
"Armitage Gone! Dance is a New York based contemporary dance company that creates and performs original dance pieces. We work hard every day in rehearsal and practically live in our sweats to stay warm throughout the day. This year marked a big change for the company; we were given a residency in our very own studio space! They even painted painted our logo the wall outside. With an official home, I decided that we needed some sweats with our logo too. That way everyone else in the building would know who we were...as if the leaps, high legs and turns weren't enough of a giveaway. We love our new swag from Customink. The designs came out perfectly and the customer service agents who helped with the design couldn't have been better. We're hoping to win the photo contest so that we can order t-shirts next.
