"We were running the Outrun Ovarian Cancer (OROC) 5K in Cleveland, Ohio in memory of my mom, Rose, who lost her battle with stage 4 ovarian cancer in 2009. This race is a great race which starts outside the Rock and Roll Museum. My mom participated with me in 2008. This year, I decided to gather friends and family to participate and had shirts made for our team. "This is the AMAZING team of Scott's Stompers at the 2012 Take Steps Walk for Crohn's and Colitis in Columbus, Ohio. Last year, my husband spent 3 months in the hospital and was diagnosed with Crohn's disease. We decided right then and there in the hospital that we were going to FIGHT this disease with everything we had. I reached out to our local CCFA (Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America Chapter) and got involved in the walk...I actually became the Chairman! I knew we wanted to have great T-shirts to represent our team so I went to the best place--Custom Ink! I had an EXCEPTIONAL customer service experience and everyone loved the shirts. They have quickly become a favorite! We were able to raise over $170,000 for the CCFA at our walk...well exceeding our goal! I will be using Custom Ink next year for our walk t-shirts as well--I can't wait!"
