Dig Pink at the Capitol Hill Classic by Coach Jessica - over 1 year ago
"Over President's Day Weekend the Metro American VBC 16s Central team played in the Capitol Hill Classic at the DC Convention Center. Sunday was the Dig Pink Day organized by The Side-Out Foundation which partners with volleyball teams to raise money for breast cancer research and awareness. I had less than 2 weeks to get the shirts done in time for the tournament but CustomInk made it possible and we all got lots of compliments about our shirts! If it weren't for CustomInk we wouldn't have had these shirts as no other company could get us the shirts in time. Thank you CustomInk from the MAVBC 16 Central Team!! "
Strike Out Breast Cancer bowling tournament by Triumph Mountain Properties - over 1 year ago
"4 ladies from the Triumph Mountain Properties office participated in a charity bowling event on Valentine's Day to benefit the fight against breast cancer. We wanted to have team t-shirts to represent our company and the cause. Working with CustomInk was one of the most pleasurable and easy experiences I've ever had ordering anything online. And they followed up with a personal call and email. I appreciate the real women as models to show shirt sizes, and especially appreciate the donation CustomInk made on our team's behalf!"
Team Jan Phelan by pmg0009 - over 1 year ago
"We ran our first 5k as a family in Vermont last fall in memory of my grandmother, Jan Phelan, to benefit Friends of Norris Cotton Cancer Center where she had been treated. Our team had participation from Ohio, Massachusetts and Vermont, and even a runner who just had hip replacements! Everyone was so excited for team t-shirts that even some of the non-runners in the family ordered them. Custom Ink's customer service was with me almost up to the starting line - some family members decided to run (and order shirts) at the last minute, so they sent 2 follow up shipments to me and they all made it before the race!"
Raising Awareness for Childhood Cancer by Tracy M. - over 1 year ago
"Here are 4 cousins, best friends. These are my nieces and nephews. The three on the right are siblings, my younger sister's kids; the one on the right is my older sister's daughter. In 2011, after I took them to see the Harlem Globetrotters as a Christmas gift, they decided that they wanted to make an annual tradition out of it because they enjoyed it so much. Last year in 2012, Brittany, on the left, was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia just after we went to see the Harlem Globetrotters in February (the other 2 on the right wore masks in support of Brittany having to wear one). Through this, we've come to realize how little is done for children with cancer between funding, research, and coming up with newer and more effective treatments, even cures. Brittany is now in remission, and her body became healthy enough just in time to get to the 2013 show! We (my sisters and I) thought it would be fitting for us to debut the shirts at this year's Globetrotters show, in hopes of raising awareness and getting people to start realizing that this is a serious problem! We must've caught "Handles" (in the picture with the kids) eye because he had security bring us onto the court afterwards to meet some of the players and take pictures! All 8 of us were wearing these shirts, but we only have the kids in the picture. My experience working with CustomInk was smooth and easy. Designing the shirts was simple, and they kept in contact with me constantly from beginning to end! They even donated to the Foundation set up for Brittany! I will definitely be ordering more shirts in the future as more people start requesting them. "
Color Run, team Bustin Ours to Save Yours! by Harley - over 1 year ago
"This is Harley, age 9, after the Las Vegas Color Run. We had custom t-shirts made by CustomInk for team Bustin Ours to Save Yours! Our team was made up of Active Duty Air Force medics and physicians and their families. This picture really illustrates the great, colorful time we had! The shirts started out bright white, but as you can see, they were pretty colorful by the end. "
Great day for Livin'strong! by Kelly's Krew knows how to ROCK a half-marathon! - over 1 year ago
"What a great day at the LIVESTRONG Austin Half-Marathon! We had 17 runners/walkers and 18 on our cheer Krew! By the end of the race, thanks to the enthusiasm of our team, and the awesomeness of our Krew gear, EVERYONE knew Kelly's Krew! Our Cheer Krew was legendary this year and the dedication and sticktoitiveness of the runners and walkers is still inspiring to me. Thanks, Custom Ink, for bringing our group together and being so easy to work with! Kelly"
Stop the War in My Rack! by AmberA - over 1 year ago
"A bunch of close girlfriends and I decided to participate in the Dirty Girl Mud Run that benefits the National Breast Cancer Foundation. This run was particularly fun in the fact that during the 3 mile course there were several different obstacles that included crawling through mud and climbing over walls. We got so many great compliments on our t-shirts. Working with CustomInk was THE MOST fabulous experience I've ever had with any company. From customer service to professionalism to even donating money in our team's name, CustomInk bay far exceeded my expectations! I can't wait to recommend this company to all my friends. THANK YOU CUSTOMINK!"
#TEAMWIESE Running for Our Angels by Sheryl Wiese - over 1 year ago
"The photo was taken after we all completed The Color Vibe 2/16/13 which is a 5k run. The shirts we ordered we made for this run. We ran this in memory of our daughters Mackenzie Ellizabeth Wiese-16 yrs old and Lauren Nicole Wiese-15 yrs old who lost their lives in a tragic car accident 8/17/12. They were on their way to Color Guard and band practice. Mackenzie was driving her car and lost control due to a part of the road that was broke off and overcorrected causing them to hit another vehicle. I have had the most wonderful experience with CustomInk in designing our shirts. They made sure they came out perfectly Especially my daughter Mackenzie's hand on the front which we found when we turned on her phone the day of the accident. Her hand with her writing saying "Everything is going to be okay"!! We ran this run in honor of them!! Running for our Angels!!!"
