"Ragnar SoCal 2013. Our six-person "ULTRA" Team ran 193 miles from Huntington Beach to San Diego between Friday, April 19 at 8am and Satuday, April 20 at 3:00pm. On average, each runner completed 33 miles in less than a 24 hour period. Our team name was "Like a Freak." This is a picture of us at the finish line on Saturday afternoon."

It was a huge challenge both mentally and physically, but we pulled each other through and we made it! No sleep, a couple of injuries and running for over 30 hours took a toll- mostly on the van. Smells like Team Spirit is right :)"

"This picture was captured at the end of a long 194 mile running relay from SF to NAPA. Needless to say, we were a happy, tired and delirious at the same time.
