"Last year we lost our third son, Drew, to a rare genetic disorder. A few weeks ago we were given the opportunity to walk a 5K, the Race to Remember, in his memory. We turned to Custom Ink for "Team Drew" shirts for our friends and family and were beyond pleased with the ease of ordering and the final product! Pictured is our family just prior to the race...myself, my husband, Drew's two older brothers and his 2 week old baby brother. Thanks, Custom Ink, for helping us celebrate our sweet Drew's life!!!"
Custom T-Shirts for rare genetic disorder
Team Abbie walkers! by Team Abbie - about 1 month ago
"This was taken at The Arc of Chester County, a premier provider of services for individuals with disabilities. Team Abbie ran, walked and gathered in honor of our daughter, Abbie, who is 4 years old and has a rare genetic disorder called Angelman Syndrome. We were so blessed by all the support! I wish I could submit a second photo of the 5K runners! Everyone looked amazing - there were yellow Team Abbie shirts everywhere throughout the day! "
Team Corbin! by Corbin McHenry - about 1 year ago
"It all starts with Corbin. Corbin has Trisomy 13. Most people have no idea what it is, so we're trying to spread the word. Trisomy is a rare genetic disorder where you have an extra 13th chromosome. While already battling the harsh label of "incompatible with life" this little miracle blessed the earth 7 weeks early on April 4th, 2013 weighing in at 4 lbs 4 oz and 17 inches long. Corbin was breathing on his own for the first hour of life, and continues to prove miracles do exist. With the assistance of a ventilator he continues to grow stronger day by the day. Corbin was given a less than 1% chance of being born alive let alone breathing on his on. Corbin defies the odds everyday is is 80 days old today. We came to Customink with our designs and the helped us make our shirt come to life. We couldn't be more happy with the shirts. Price was AMAZING and shipping was free. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have these shirts made. Thanks again customink!"
