"Our team of 12 ran a relay race (Ragnar) from Winona, MN to the Twin Cities - over 192 miles. Our team name was "Team Slow Jog" and we wanted to mimic the slow moving vehicle sign on our shirts. We came up with "Caution! Slow Runner". They were are huge hit at the race - we received a ton of compliments. "Our experience with CustomInk was amazing - as you can tell from the amazing shirts that we have. The event took place in Peconic, NY on July 24th - it was a game of Survivor. This is our 4th time playing (our first time with CustomInk t-shirts though). What happened when 12 people get together (plus 2 hosts) to play a game of survivor that is shockingly like the actual TV show - well it gets a little hectic. This is the picture after teams had been chosen, before we started to tear each other to pieces through lies and deception. Sadly our host, Charlie, was left out of the picture, as we needed someone to take it. Anyway, vote for us, we are awesome :)"
"This picture was taken at the end of a 185 mile relay race from Woodstock to New York City along the bank of the Hudson River, which took place on May 14-15, 2010. A team of 12, two vans, each person having run three legs totaling between 13 and 19 miles. It's 30+ hours of running on very little sleep, unknown terrain, and eating/changing out of the van..forget about using the bathroom. It's you and nature. We had Team Thunder and Team Lightning...and for some of us, we had never met before, or knew very little about each other...but for 30 hours we were in a van together -- cheering each other on, stopping to give water and making sure the iPod was cued at Lady Gaga...we all bonded and we were a team! Our contrasting custom ink shirts helped us to commemorate the event. Our shirts displayed both our unity and friendly rivalry, and helped make our storm unstoppable!"
