"Our awesome CustomInk shirts were created for this years "Deep Creek Dunk," held in Maryland on Feb. 23. Each year thousands of people get together to raise money for the Special Olympics by donating $50 to jump in icy cold water. Our group of friends decided to dress up in a maradi gras theme and what better then to get matching green shirts to unify us before we take the plunge. This picture was taken just before we left to freeze our bums off for a great cause. The event raised almost $170,000* for the inspirational program. All together we had about twenty people. We did the Polar Plunge to support Special Olympics in memory of my brother so that other Special Olympians can enjoy playing sports and participating in events as much as he did. "Plunging into the icy waters of Lake Memphremagog in Newport, Vermont on February 9th to support the Special Olympics was what this group was doing!!
