Blade On Stuvon by Team Stuvon - almost 2 years ago

Blade On Stuvon T-Shirt Photo

"For the past 11 years, my dad (center) has competed in the New York Skate Marathon. When my sister and I were younger, he would have to go by himself. Once we started attending, we realized how important this was to my dad and decided that this was a perfect opportunity to show our support for one of the greatest guys we have ever known. The crowd of people in attendance grows each year, and he continues to be known as Captain Steve, with the world's loudest children at 7am. It's a title that we're proud of. Almost as proud of we are of him. This year, CustomInk made us look better than ever, and we really felt like a team. Rather than having thrown together, hand drawn tshirts, we were proudly flaunting our CustomInk tee's. Captain Steve was able to blade comfortably and we looked good supporting him. Thank you CustomInk for making this marathon one for the record books. ps. Captain Steve took home a bronze medal!"

Students for Team Jacob by Aunt Carol - almost 2 years ago

Students For Team Jacob T-Shirt Photo

"This is a photo of several students that are proudly wearing their TEAM JACOB shirts to school. (It was even school picture day!) Jacob is a fellow student who is fighting cancer. As you can see by the photo that several of the student shaved their heads, in support of Jacob loosing his hair do to the chemo. We had to order 62 more shirts for those that did not get a chance to buy one of the first 150 that we ordered. Custom Ink is great, great quality, great service, and unbelievable that Custom Ink also sent a cash donation to the benefit for this family. Will order from you again!"

Run For A Cure "Bucks 4 Bryan" All Vehicle Poker Run T-Shirt Photo

"Our local school bus drivers organized a fundraiser on Sept 22, 2012 for their fellow driver, Bryan. Bryan was diagnosed with stage 4 non-hodgkins lymphoma last spring. We wanted to raise money to help with his ongoing medical tretment and travel expenses. We raised $4000.00 thanks in part to Custom Ink T-shirts. The t-shirts that we was not able to sell we donated to the special needs kids at our local schools. Thanks to Custom Ink for helping to make our fundraiser a success. BTW, Bryan is in the very middle of the picture holding the #4."

Gettin' Dirty 2012 by Jill Yates - almost 2 years ago

Gettin' Dirty 2012 T-Shirt Photo

"Some of us girls decided to do the Henricus Dauber Dash on June 23rd, 2012 located at Henricus Park in Chester, VA. This was a charity run with obstacles like mud pits and barrels of hay. We, as women, bonded together to do this run in honor of an awesome lady in our lives that had been recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Since she had started her chemo prior to the race, she could not do the run but came to support all of us. The shirts were made to commemorate the race ('Gettin' Dirty 2012' is displayed on the front) and support our girlfriend with some girl power ('Fight Like a Girl' is displayed on the back). The girls and I could not have been happier with the results. You guys did an absolutely fantastic job. We were so proud to wear them. The shirts even won best costume at the race which was rewarded with a nice mug. Thank you so much for all the help in designing this shirt and making us excited to wear them."

Katelyn's warriors by Danielle - almost 2 years ago

Katelyn's Warriors T-Shirt Photo

"This photo was taken at a charity yard sale in Homer Glen IL on August 2, 3 and 4th, 2012. The event was organized in order to raise money for a local family in need. One of the young ladies in this family (Katelyn) was diagnosed with small cell ovarian cancer. Teal is the cancer ribbon color for ovarian cancer, hence the color of our shirts. Our shirts displayed "Katelyn's warriors." A Tshirt was given to everyone that took part in organizing the sale. During the course of the yard sale, we were a united team of Katelyn’s warriors (recognized by the team t-shirts), and everyone that came to buy or donate knew who to interact with in terms of paying for items/donating... plus we just looked cool. Thanks Customink! "

Kickbutt Cancer Crew by Team Kickbutt - about 2 years ago

Win Kickbutt Cancer Crew T-Shirt Photo

"These t-shirts don't represent an event, but rather a journey ... one that I am making with the help of my amazing friends. These women are scattered across North America, and have come together to support me as I wage war against Stage IV ovarian cancer. I was diagnosed in 2010 and then had a recurrence in March of this year. The first time around I was upset; the second time I was MAD! Hence, the slogan on the shirts (the back reads CHEMO SUCKS!). I think they accurately reflect the fighter in me - and also some truths about dealing with this disease. I have a lot of living left to do, and am determined to get through this round of treatment and get on with my plans! I sent my girlfriends these shirts and asked them to pose with their city name. I have them surrounding me in the photo because that's exactly how I feel - surrounded by their support, their friendship, and their love. They wear their shirts on the days I have chemo and knowing that makes me feel less alone as I take my place in my 'chemo chair'. It's no surprise to me that when all the other patients in the clinic see my shirt, they first have a good laugh and then soon admit to feeling the same way. It's amazing how a t-shirt can inspire conversation and bring people together. It's the same with my friends. Although they're not physically present with me, my 'team' is with me in thought and in spirit and as always, in my heart. I could not do this without them. The Customink experience was pleasantly easy - and the emails from Laney (including a charitable donation on my behalf) demonstrated the spirit of this company. I have so many requests for more shirts from friends, family, and complete strangers, I have no doubt that my 'Kickbutt" design isn't finished just yet!"
