"Every year my team runs the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in DC to honor my mother, Momma Tomkins who lost her battle to breast cancer 5 years ago. Since it was the 5 year anniversary year of her death, we wanted to make really great shirts. We came up with the slogan "save the war in my rack" and used the camo shirts to go along with the slogan. They were a hit at the race and made it so easy to spot team members in DC! "
"This photo was taken as we approached the finish line of the Race for the Cure 5k in Hartford, CT (6/2/2012). The Race for the Cure is a Susan G. Komen event raising money and awareness in the fight against breast cancer. There were seven of us running arm in arm at the end (only 5 showing). Members of our group included cancer survivors and those running for family members that succumbed to the disease.
Our group is comprised of friends in the Hartford, CT area. Twelve in all, we call ourselves the Wine Me Dine Me Society (WMDMS).
Custom Ink went above and beyond what I expected for customer service; our group was very impressed. Not only did they notice that I placed separate orders (same design) for women's and men's shirts (different products), combined the two, and lowered the cost; but they also donated to the charity event printed on our shirts (without solicitation).

"This is a picture of our team, Charlotte's Angels, for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Philadelphia on May 13, 2012. We race in honor of our mother, grandmother, and hero Charlotte Kelly who lost her battle with breast cancer in 2006. Here we are pictured with Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter!"
"We were participating in the 3 day 60 mile breast cancer walk in Tampa and the final day would be October 30th so we wanted to be festive. The back of the shirt says Walking 60 Miles for a Cure. RIP Breast Cancer"
"The Karma Queens are at it again, but this year are even bigger and better than before. We rally together every year in the fight against breast cancer, but this year we are just "tutu fabulous for breast cancer." We proved that as we sported our wonderful CustomInk shirts and our "fabulous" tutus during the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Austin, Texas. Thank you CustomInk for helping us make this one of our best years yet. You always make us look good, but this year we were "fabulous.""
"This pic was taken in downtown Toledo, Ohio at the Mudhens baseball stadium during Race for the Cure 2011 supporting a cure for breast cancer. Way To Go TOOTIE on 5 YEARS!!!!! "
"This picture was taken at the 2011 Susan G Komen Race for the Cure in downtown Toledo, Ohio. The shirts were made in celebration of Patricia Moomey who is celebrating her 5 years of surviving breast cancer. Her team wears their shirts proudly and thank custom ink for their wonderful product and service."
"The Komen Dallas Race for the Cure was held October 15, 2011 at Northpark Mall in Dallas, TX. Our team was assembled in honor of a co-worker (pictured front and center!) currently battling breast cancer. We were so honored to be able to put together a team for her and loved working with CustomInk to design our very special shirts. They were a huge hit! Our race team recruited over 50 participants and raised over $2,000 for breast cancer research and awareness. "
