State Patty's Day is a tradition in State College, PA where the saturday before spring break, everyone celebrates this day by having a daylong. It was started because four years ago, St. Patty's day fell during spring break, and the students still wanted to celebrate the great drinking holiday. Therefore, State Patty's Day was created. 800 undercover cops, and 4 counties worth of police force did not stop anyone from going out and celebrating this holiday in the #1 Party School!
