"I wanted to send an email to let you know how amazing your staff and company are. This was my first time dealing with CustomInk and I could not be more happy with the products you provided. More importantly, I was blown away by the outstanding customer service. Every time I called to speak with someone, which was often, EVERY person I talked to was beyond helpful, polite, and genuinely cared about my order....this is so rare in companies these days!
There was a slight glitch with my t-shirt order when we received the wrong type of t-shirt and the design was not perfectly centered as it was in the proof I approved. I was heartbroken when I opened the box because my students were really looking forward to having such a great shirt. I decided to call CustomInk and see what could be done about the problem and hoped you all would be as polite and helpful as in the past but prepared for the worst because most companies are not as helpful when there's a mistake. What happened next made me a CustomInk-er for life! Not only was the person I talked to on the phone extremely helpful, he also apologized for the mistake, fixed the problem and got the new shirts to me quickly, did not charge me any extra to fix the problem, AND provided me with a $50 voucher for next time because of the mistake! This kind of customer service is practically nonexistent anymore!
I cannot thank CustomInk enough for all your hard work and dedication to the customer. Your attention to detail, personal customer care, and willingness to fix the problem (should it occur) is appreciated more than you realize.
