Wright County Community Action of MN Volunteer Network: Helping People, Changing Lives.

"Over the last year, our volunteering hours increased by over 200%. The volunteers in this photo depict the amazing personalities of some of the most dedicated individuals I have ever met. In July, I coordinated the first ever volunteer recognition event & have been diligently working towards creating a volunteer program that allows these guys the opportunity to really enjoy their time giving back. Many of the photographed volunteers have been dedicating their time to the Wright County Community Action, Wright County Food Shelf & Thrift Shop for over 10 years- without ever requesting anything in return. These unsung heroes deserve to be recognized for their efforts and given the chance to celebrate what great human beings they truly are. As I created the t-shirts, I wanted to incorporate the joy they bring to others into their wardrobe and remind them that they are the bright lime green in the lives of those they service through volunteering.
