Overall I like this company (website, timeliness, etc.), but I'm just dissatisifed with our experience. We bought these hats to sell and to do some branding, but I'm not sure they'll be popular because the logo isn't easy to discern on the front of the hat.

Everything was great! I loved that I could approve the design online rather than need to speak with someone on the phone; it's great to have the phone option, but I've been very busy at work, and don't have my phone during the day, so it was a great alternative to still get my product completed on time!
