This is the third year ordering for my team. Very disappointed in the decal for my softball sweatshirts. The softball with bats image does not match the rest of the printing within the design. It looks cheap and plastic like. ( not really what I wanted on a $95 Nike hoodie) On a positive note , the customer service when ordering was helpful, and the delivery was four days earlier than expected. Unfortunately, I will not be using this company again.

Setup process was harder than it needed to be requiring about 5 calls to customer service but once the order link was figured out, it was easy for our group to place orders and the quality of the product we received with our own design was great. They also arrived almost a week earlier than expected which was a nice surprise!
