I was skeptical at first but after having them double check on the design and following up on everything I was very impressed with everything! The shipping was fast and easy. I will defiantly be ordering from here again!

The shirts were amazing. The design team fixed up my design since there was white still showing through after the transparency effect and insisted to remove and touch up any unnecessary mess to the stressed design. Customer service was on point: I had to double check on number of shirts I was ordering and they were incredibly patient. Definitely ordering again!

I usually hate filling out these reviews and never do them but because of the astounding service I received, I felt it would only be right to write a good review. For example I had to add on to my order two different items at two different times both after the order confirmation yet I was still able to because of the amazing service I received over the phone. This whole process was completely painless and effortless for me and for this reason I'm definitely ordering shirts here if I ever need to in the future.

You guys are awesome and the best! The original design I submitted wasn't great and I selected the wrong colors. Patrick Pilk from Satisfaction Assurance took care of me though, fixed my design, and was still able to get them to me by the guaranteed time. I'm so impressed, you far exceeded my expectations, and I'll be ordering from you again in the near future! Thanks for everything - you rock!

I love Custom Ink! Our whole team orders shirts from them for our boats since we do different shirts for each boat on our team. The customer service is incredible, there aren't any holds and the people assigned to an order do everything they can to make sure the quality of the service and product are as high as possible.

My customer service was great. The product arrived promptly and was fairly priced. It was a great experience.

From start to finish this was a real WOW experience. I had spent much time looking and searching, for the perfect product and price, for my friend's Retirement Party to give as a gift to her guests. One nite while trolling on line, yet again, I heard your commercial call out to me from my TV. I swerved around in my chair and saw your colorful, friendly, short and to the point ad for custom T-s! The experience of playing with various fonts, colors, icons, sizes, style and material was wonderful...all at my finger tips...literally ! The shirts arrived as promised and even on the delivery day I happened to meet the UPS guy who was loading that crisp white and orange box onto his cart ! This NEVER happens either ! And the color, material and lettering are all EXACTLY as designed. Love you guys!

I was a bit hesitant on using this website for my shirts; however, it seemed like I made an excellent choice. Customer service was on top of everything, and I even received an e-mail that the shirts had arrived.
