The Customink Website was easy to navigate, and I was able to create exactly what I had in mind using their clipart. For our small non-profit, it would have been nice if there had been a lower minimum quantity to order, but we'll use all these mugs eventually, I'm sure! :)

This year we have used CustomInk four times. All of the products we ordered were just as described, the shipment was fast, and the customer service was amazing. In fact, when we had a small problem with a couple of items, they were more than helpful in replacing the items, ensuring we were satisfied and helping to make sure that no other issues arose.
