I was disappointed that a minor issue with formating on the website was not caught by CustomInk. When designing a tshirt online, it's not exactly apparent where the true center of the shirt is...that's why we (the customers) rely on you (custom ink) to monitor that (just as it says when you hit send...I've used Custom ink many times but this was the first time I rushed an order. It was disappointing to have spent all that money and not have the shirt perfect.

I loved how I did not have to handle any money, they did it all for me! Shipping was spot on and no guess work on when it was going to come in! I have done t-shirts before with mom and pop shops and you just have to go with the pros on this.

I LOVE Custom Ink. It's super easy to use and the website is very user friendly. I also enjoy that it gives other suggestions for merch with your logo so you don't have to go in and start new. It just allows you to attach it right there. Very cool! AND they arrive very quickly!
