Overall it was a good experience again and I'll probably continue to use CustomInk because of the good customer service and fast turn around time.

Wow the sweaters we ordered came out fantastic! Our order arrived before the expected date! This is our first time ordering from CustomInk, we will definitly order from CustomInk again!

The staff at Custom Ink is incredible! Talk about great customer service, positive attitudes, willing to listen, took time to be creative and most of all thorough!! Can't say enough nice things about Jackie specifically, but I have a feeling that her high level of professionalism is the expectation with Custom Ink. I hope that the few items that did not come out well will be exchanged. Hope to be contacted soon!

Great product. Great Service. One of the best companies I've ever heard of.

Overall experience was positive. This the third time I have ordered from Custom Ink. The website and design tools are simple and user friendly. My only complaint is that different fonts for custom numbers are no longer offered. I am not a fan of the Varsity number and that is all that is offered.

Great experience 2nd year in a row working with CustomInk. We have a very short season of Middle School Volleyball, so the quick turnaround to get these sweatshirts made is incredible. The girls LOVED them on Thursday and are so proud. Thanks team at CustomInk for all your support and quick results. We will be back again next year!

CustomInk was very easy to use and when I had questions my phone calls were answered quickly. The staff was extremely friendly but there was an issue with sizing and unfortunately we did end up with a couple of sweatshirts that don't fit. The quality is very good and I would consider ordering again but I'd have to find a better way to deal with sizing.

Customer service was exceptional! Great experience ordering and working with your company representatives. The product arrived on time and looked great! The sweatshirts are awkwardly sized. The arms and hood seem to be true to size, but the torso of the shirts is REALLY short. Unfortunately, if we would have gone up a size the arms would be way too long. My daughter, for example could roll the sleeves up two times and they would be a good length, but the sweatshirt barely comes to the top of her pants. Considering we want the girls to be able to wear these next season, that is disappointing.
