Very satisfied with responsiveness. I thought we were missing shirts and the rep was immediately responsive to our needs and efforts to coordinate overnight delivery for items. Shirts were later found so this was not neccessary after all- but the quick response and willingness to satisfy was greatly appreciated.

CustomInk was incredible; so very helpful and professional. In the past, I've struggled a lot trying to figure out all the details. CustomInk had great suggestions and but it all together with very little effort on my part. The two week turn around time was amazing. Thank you so much!

It was really easy to use Custom Ink to design several t-shirts for our family reunion. I had to work with customer service to finalize the order and they couldn't have been better to work with. The t-shirts showed up right on time! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing customer service! I called three times and spoke with three different customer service reps, and each was gracious, helpful and knowledgeable. The only problem I had was in not being able to take advantage of price breaks when the items I wished to order online were not available from just one supplier, due to differing children's sizes, even though I was ordering the quantity needed for the price break. Your customer service people took care of it when I called - I was just glad I tried calling, as I was almost ready to look for another website due to the high cost. (Maybe you might want to put an advisement on the website that the price break is still available even if the sizes are different enough to have to use two shirt companies)
