This is the fifth time that I've ordered from CustomInk. That alone should tell you how I feel about them. But in case you need it spelled out, they have good prices, fast delivery, quality merchandise, and great customer service.

Overall customer service and support have been good. However, bottom line is how the product fits and this order did not fit the bill at all. I will most likely search elsewhere in the future for my business shirts as I cannot waste time and money on items that do not fit correctly.

Customer service on phone was fast and helpful. Shirts fit bigger than I expected, but nice. I really liked how you put it in a waterproof bag just in case.

Customer service was excellent through the ordering, proofing and final shipment process. They hilighted a couple of small tweaks to the graphics and ensured that the final result was going to meet me expectations. Got the items exactly when Customink said I would get them. Final quality was excellent. Will definately use Customink again for my future custom shirt orders.

It was great, help from Lindsay Ham (from getting my logo to go through and taking my first order). And James Thomas was very helpful, on my add-on order, and also Sara Riddle on getting the ladies size chart. Everyone on the design team did a great job on the logo we have.

The person I worked with was very helpful.

Service and product is of excellent quality! Customer service was above and beyond! I will be sure to recommend Custom Ink to others. Service, product, and delivery were above my expectations. Thank You!

Other than the situation above, I believe my overall experience was great! Everything was done in a effective and efficient manner and the techs were pleasant & amazing.

I stumbled upon customink.com while searching google for embroidered tshirts. The website, by far, was the easiest to manage and look through. Also, the customer service was great. I talked to a rep. about my order (I purchased two different items at a time and the website suggested I call in) and another when I needed to confirm my product. Both representatives were extremely patient and helpful. Each took the time to understand and help with my needs/expectations and concerns. They gave their own opinions and assured me not to worry, so I didn't and I am so glad that I didn't have to! Being able to see my orders' progress was great, too! Not to mention, my order came in earlier than expected as well!
