Liked the customer service, pricing is average, other then shirt being a biy smallish good ecperience.

CustomInk gave us a truly great product! The shirts came in exactly as I designed them and our entire softball team loves them! I never felt like after my purchase they had forgotten about me and I appreciated the email verification request to review my order before they were printed. Thank you!

Every experience with custom ink has been great. It would be nice to see a few more top end brand names available for printing. Nike for example. But very pleased with our order once again.

Overall a good experience. Had some communication issues over sponsor approval, where the jerseys were in production & about shipping on a tight window for delivery. I had to call vs being emailed or called for approval etc but customer service was pleasant every time. Price was higher than anticipated for basic screen printing vs other companies I've used but couldn't beat the turn around time before the season started. I would and probably will order again but if there is another lack of communication to me vs me calling I would have to think twice for future orders & recommendations.
