Everything was great the shirts were awesome. The only thing I was disappointed with is I needed additional shirts and I was told I would have to pay for a screen charge again. I would think within two weeks thirty days that it would still be on file. Just disappointed that I have to pay for another screen charge when clearly you still have it. I don't know if I would use you again. I have done several print jobs and the screen charge is only charged once.

Designing my shirt was simple and fun! Customer service was patient and very helpful with my questions and changes. I have already spread the word about CustomInk.com!!!

I called and I spoke to customer service asked several questions and I was very happy with all the answers and felt satisfied that the tee shirts and aprons I ordered would look wonderful. to my surprise, when they arrived on the exact day as promised the tees shirts and aprons were even better than I expected. very pleased and will use your company again. thank you very much

Honestly working with Customink was the best experience. Props to all representatives that I dealt with every step of the way - from the online chat with Gretchen, to the emails with Lu and the final copy of the uploaded image with Susan.... everyone exceeded my expecations, was overly friendly, polite and VERY responsive. You have a great business model and your representatives are clearly enthusiastic, efficient and actually care about the custom. Will order from here in future and will ALWAYS recommond.

Wow. I could not believe how easy it was to upload our logo and alter it in so many ways to get what we were looking for. I also liked how the person who proofed our design improved the logo even more. We have already sold over 10 and we've only had them for a few days. We plan on offering them for purchase to all of our trailer dealers and I know they are going to love the shirts as much as we do here. Our staff, myself included, were so impressed with the quality of the design, the material of the shirts, how easy it was to design and how prompt we received the shirts. We definitely will be ordering more shirts from you in the future!
