All around the process was was smooth. The only complaint is that the front logo was set lower that how most logos should ride and it seems this could have been fixed in the Custom Ink review. The back logo turned out great though

I have ordered many products over the past few years and some orders have not been right (either wrong t-shirt, bad print, or logo placed wrong) but the reason I keep returning is that the customer service is top notch!! With any wrong order, the staff has acted promptly and 'made it right' immediately, and have given me discounts on my next orders. Cannot recommend enough!!!
