Custom Ink is GREAT! The customer service is impeccable. I called and customer service, they said that they wold take a look at my WONDERFUL order. That really stood out to me. That was a WOW moment. Keep up the great work.

I couldn't be more happy with CustonInk's products. I needed my shirts rush delivered, and I received them in five days, when I expected them in seven as the website says. When I opened the box, everything was very nicely packaged and I could tell that the company thinks about every detail. Using the online design program CustomInk has was so easy, and I was able to make my design perfect and just the way I wanted it. During the process of ordering and production, I received emails finalizing my design which made me feel a part of the whole process. When I had one correction, I submitted it, and then received another set of proofs for me to sign off on within a few hours. Even though the pricing is a little high, I would say paying it is worth the quality and the piece of mind that you know they are going to finish your product right. I will order again from CustonInk when I need shirts for an event!

Sheila Reilly, the customer service representative who handled my order, was EXTREMELY helpful. She was very friendly and made the whole ordering process simple and hassle-free. My order had shirts with several different colors and individual names, and she organized everything for me very quickly and accurately. I was very grateful for her assistance. She did an excellent job. I ordered shirts for our drama department two years ago through CustomInk, and we were very pleased with the result; however, last year, we ordered shirts from a local company that offered us a lower price. Unfortunately, the quality of the finished product was not nearly as high as what we had received from CustomInk. So we came back this year and will be definitely be ordering again in the future!

I am a repeat customer (4x) and would go nowhere else. The user interface is extremely easy to use and the customer service is very responsive and extremely friendly. Unlike many other companies, I genuinely feel like the service representatives and designers at CustomInk are interested in customer satisfaction, not just finishing the job. And no, I am not on CustomInk's payroll! I am really just that happy with the results.
