I enjoyed ordering the shirts through CustomInk. We ordered late and had to pay for rush delivery. I checked out other websites and a local vendor and they could not give us what we wanted for the price. I have been recommending CustomInk to the other teachers in my school. Thanks!

I was very pleased with the ease of my overall experience with CustomInk. From the choice of items besides t-shirts, to the many choices of logos and lettering, I do not believe that I have ever had an easier online buying experience. I only wished I had not of waited until the week before I needed them to order. They kept me informed of my order and its status throughout the entire process and I had my order 2 days before I expected it. I had to compensate for the extra postage but that was because of my hesitation in trying them. Now that I know how wonderful it is to deal with CustomInk, I will not hesitate to use them again. Thank you for making my first order go as well as it did! Extremely happy with my shirts.

I was extremely pleased with the ease of designing our Chorus shirt using your website. Once I designed it, I spoke on the phone with a customer service rep who helped me change a few things that lowered the price to fit within my budget. I will definitely use you again!

An excellent experience! Loved the on-line design feature - made it easy to print & share for approval, and it was very easy to make changes. Delivery was fast and the product was everything we wanted it to be. Will definitely recommend this site/vendor to others.

I had a lot of difficult uploading my image to the website. I typically design shirts in photoshop and could not upload that image directly. I also saved it as a PDF and could not upload that image either. I finally had to take a screen shot of it and could upload that. This process could have been better.

Every aspect of the tshirt buying was easy and turn out to be exactly what I was looking to achieve. Adding an extra shirt was simple and customer service gave great feedback on what was happening at all times

I can't say enough good things about working with the CustomInk staff. These were team shirts for a charity event, and the people at CustomInk did everything humanly possible to make the process easy and get me the design I wanted at a more than reasonable price. Fantastic Job!

When I ordered our shirts, our P.O. for my school was not signed. Immediately after recieving an e-mail about that, a signed copy was faxed to your company. The company delayed the printing of the shirts even longer and asked for another faxed copy. My shirts were two weeks behind schedule. I will say that at least you shipped quickly and did not charge for rush shipping so that the shirts were ready for our event. There were a lot of disappointed children wanting to wear their shirts more than once this school year! When we did recieve the shirts, we were pleased with the overall design and quality.
