Everything was great except that the website is a little glichy. I had created a design that fit inside of the designated print area, but when customer service sent me the proof for approval, the design was changed. It took a couple rounds of revisions and I had to work directly with the customer service rep to finally get the design proof how I originally requested for approval. I do appreciate the approval process as it helped to ensure the design was exactly what I wanted. I think the website may need a little work to fix some bugs though.
My experience with customink was over all very good. my order arrived even earlier than the agreed date and the design looked exactly how i wanted. If i can give you one suggestion, i did have an issue: i asked several times to more than one customer service employee to receive the email confirmation on another email, but it didn't happen, even after i asked the third time. But apart from this, the employees have all been super nice and helpful and they made it right despite the issue i had.

I had a great experience. I had to pay extra for different colors I wanted, which limited me to just 2 colors after looking at the completed price. ( There was no package deal), you have to pay for the merchandise, then pay for your design, then colors chosen, then shipment. So this limited me to how much of the merchandise I could order.
