Excellent customer service and great product. I called at 8pm Pacific Time on a weeknight expecting to get an automated messaging service - instead I got to actually talk to someone! Super helpful on the phone, easily made a last minute add-on to a previous order. I ordered canvas bags with a design as gifts for my wedding guests - super easy, look great, and the best price I found looking online. Great to work with - would definitely recommend and will use again. Thanks!

I really appreciated how easy this website was! I liked that I got emails for approvals and confirmations. I think it's really important to stay in good communication with people you're working with and CustomInk does that. I like it because I know that there are real people on the other end who care!

CustomInk managed to take my very specific order and turn it around in a very short amount of time, even after there were problems delivering the design on my end. I was very impressed with their professionalism, and love the bags they created for me.

The online design process made this as easy as anything I could have imagined when I went searching for a way to design and have tote bags made on a tight timeline. The email I received with suggestions for minor design changes very, very soon after I placed my order was an added bonus I wasn't expecting and truly appreciated. Then, the online tracking of the process of my order set my nerves at ease that CustomInk was handling my order professionally and efficiently. Best of all, I received my totes several days earlier than I expected, and they look fantastic.
