The customer service and support is amazing. Definitely rate that the highest. They even caught a typo that I missed, my editor missed and even their first review missed so I really appreciate how thorough they were. My only critique is that I noticed one color I would've preferred to change and had to make several color change recommendations myself so on the design side I wish I could've had a little more help.
